Cost of Services
Some K-1 Visa services/firms provide a pricing menu with prices "as low as $195.00", which in reality provides no representation in the actual process. They then attempt to lure the prospective client into a higher pricing schedule with a myriad of options.
In short, this type of representation is not representation at all, but rather a gimmick method of marketing.
Our firm understands that each application requires the same level of attention from the initial filing all the way to the issuance of the visa. We also recognize that your relationship is at issue in the K-1 Visa process, as well as our reputation.
We offer the most competitive price point that we can without sacrificing the quality of representation. You will be surprised at the amount of communication throughout the entire process that is necessary to properly represent you and your fiancee.
The cost for our representation (from initial filing to the issuance of the K-1 Visa) is a total of $975. We do not have any hidden fees unlike most firms that charge separate for the processing of K-2 Visa, cosponsor's Affidavit of Support and other additional work that may be involved with the case.
K-1 Visa process does require the government fee of $455. This fee is not included in $975 charge. It is necessary to pay $455 fee to the government with or without our representation. You will be required to issue a check made payable to USCIS in the amount of $455 at the time of filing.
Payment Plans
A minimum payment of $325 retains our firm and starts the process of representation.
At the time of initial filing, our firm will require another installment payment of $325, as well as a check for the government filing fee mentioned above. The last installment of $325 will be due after USCIS approval.
You may pay by credit/debit card via our web site (see "Retaining Our Firm tab), or personal check or money order mailed to our firm.
Amount of Work Involved:
We will provide full representation with every step of the K-1 visa process:
Collect, review and compile all necessary supporting documentation for the initial filing including all specific items that may pertain to your particular case (waivers, certificates of disposition etc);
Paralegals with our firm speak Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Ukrainian and Chinese. We will communicate as necessary with your fiance(e) directly and provide complete assistance during the Embassy stage of the process. When necessary our firm does utilize professional translators in other languages.
Retaining our Firm
If you prefer to pay by credit/debit card - please proceed to the Retaining Our Firm tab. Our site accepts either partial or full payment (full payment will automatically include the government fee). Once payment is made, we will receive immediate confirmation, and we will commence the process of representation.
