We will provide full representation with every step of the K-1 visa process:

• Prepare all required government forms for signature and initial filing;

• Collect, review and compile all necessary supporting documentation for the initial filing including all specific items that may pertain to your particular case (waivers, certificates of disposition etc);

• Follow your case through USCIS and secure approval. Some cases do require communication with USCIS or submission of additional evidence;

• Follow the petition though the National Visa Center; and ensure that the Petition is then forwarded to the proper U.S. Embassy; 

• Complete the Affidavit of Support and ensure that all financial supporting documents are gathered and provided to the Fiancee for the interview;

• We will work directly with your fiancee with compliance with Packet III; compliance with Packet IV; assist with obtaining Police Clearance and scheduling the medical examination; review DS Forms for accuracy and completeness; as well as making sure that your fiancee is fully prepared for the interview and has all other necessary documentation in hand for the issuance of visa;

• When necessary our office will communicate directly with the Embassy. We have vast experience dealing with almost all Embassies of the world. This experience is critical in properly processing the K-1 Visa applications.

Paralegals with our firm speak Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Ukrainian and Chinese. We will communicate as necessary with your fiancee directly and provide complete assistance during the  Embassy stage of the process.  When necessary our firm does utilize professional translators in other languages.
