Our Guarantee will not apply to the following limited circumstances:

(1) The Petitioner or Fiancee provides our firm with a material misrepresentation,

(2) The Petitioner has been involved in prior immigration proceedings,

(3) If the Petitioner has not met their Fiance(e) personally;

(4) If the Petitioner’s income does not exceed the required poverty guidelines; and

(5) If the Petitioner or Fiancee fails to provide supporting documentation or requested information necessary to complete the application.
