Retaining Our Firm
Following your free consultation with one of our specialists and your decision to utilize the services of our firm, you may initiate the process by submitting either partial or full payment via our secure website. You have an option of submitting a payment with a credit/debit card which will be processed through our website instantly, money order, or check.
We offer two payment processing systems: Google Checkout and
PayPal.
Google Checkout: you may pay either with existing
Google account or Google will prompt you to enter your current email and choose a password in order to create an account and store the information about the payment submitted. This is a security measure for the customer.
PayPal Checkout System: you may pay either with your existing
Paypal account or without having or creating any account at all. To process the payment via
Paypal Checkout System please click on yellow
PayPal Add to Cart button. It will take you to secure payment processing page.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover. The legal fee for the K-1 Visa service is $975. An initial payment of
$325 retains our firm and starts the process of representation. .
Our firm accepts an installment payment plan. Please see the Cost of Services section for more information.
