Our law office is proud to offer you the highest quality service and representation for a FLAT legal fee of just $975 for the entire K1 Visa process, with a payment plan of 3 payments of $325 each. We do not charge anything extra for K2 Visas, native language support, preparation of cosponsor’s paperwork etc.
Unlike visa mills, we only accept a limited amount of cases per month to ensure dedicated service and representation. Your case will be assigned to a professional who will work with you directly and who will provide you with exceptional customer service throughout the process. Our efficient system will allow collection of all applicable documents and information for the case in the timeliest manner possible.
The law firm of Joel J Turney has built an extensive knowledge base in the K1 Visa field. We are the choice of clients who prefer to retain a reputable law firm, offering far more advantages than mere preparatory or consulting services—at competitive rates.
We do offer a convenient payment plan (please see below); however, we do not offer a tiered fee structure as we firmly believe that each case deserves the utmost attention to bring the application to success.
You will be represented and advised by an attorney throughout all stages of the process. Our office will contact USCIS, NVC and the U.S. Embassy as necessary. (Consulting services are not entitled to do this.) Your case will be prepared and handled in the most efficient manner possible.
Our law office always provides clients with no-nonsense clarity and professionalism.
Last, but not least, our reputation is extremely important to us. We strive to deliver the best service and representation possible.
Our representation and service in the K1 Visa process includes, but is not limited to:
- Full representation at every step of the K1 visa process.
- Preparation of all government forms and applicable documents required for the initial filing.
- Collection, revision and compilation of all necessary supporting documentation for the initial filing, including all specific items that may pertain to your particular case (waivers, requests, certificates of disposition, etc.).
Your K1 Visa will be followed to USCIS and onward to approval. When necessary, our firm will communicate with USCIS on your behalf and submit additional evidence, if required.
We will follow your K1 Visa case through the National Visa Center and:
- Ensure your case is forwarded to the proper United States Embassy.
- Complete the Affidavit of Support.
- Gather all supporting financial documents and provide them to your fiance in preparation for the interview.
We will work directly with your fiance to:
- Ensure compliance with U.S. Embassy instructions.
- Assist with obtaining Police Clearance.
- Assist with the scheduling of the medical examination.
- Review your fiance’s DS Forms for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure that your fiance is fully prepared for the interview with all necessary documentation.
Our firm will communicate directly with the U.S. Embassy on your behalf. Our law firm has vast experience dealing with almost all U.S. Embassies worldwide. This experience is critical to properly representing K1 visa applications and securing approval for the case.
Our firm will communicate with your fiance directly and provide complete assistance during the U.S. Embassy stage of the process. Our law firm has a multilingual staff and utilizes professional translators when necessary.
Payment Plans
A minimum payment of $325 retains our law firm and starts the process of representation.
At the time of the initial filing with USCIS, we will require the second installment of $325. The last installment of $325 will be due after USCIS approval.
Please note that the government filing fee amounts to $340 and will be required at a time of filing. Typically, we ask to issue a check made payable directly to USCIS.
Retaining our Firm
If you prefer to pay by credit/debit card, please proceed to the Retaining Our Firm tab. Our site accepts either partial or full payment (full payment includes government fee). Once payment is made, you will receive immediate confirmation, and we will begin the process.
