Cost of Services

While some firms offer two visa packages, our law firm only offers one because we believe each case deserves the same amount of attention. We want each case to be successful so we put the same diligent work into every client. Our service is a flat fee of $1600, which includes the filing fee of $455. In other words, we pay the filing fee directly from the flat fee. Most firms will charge additionally for the filing fee. 

As part of this fee, we will guide you through every step of the K-1 visa process. We will file your application, collect necessary documentation, and then follow your case as it is transferred to the U.S. embassy abroad. We will continue working through the granting of the visa. In addition, you will receive updates on the status of your visa as it is moved through the different channels of the immigration process.

Our firm also accepts payment plans. You may pay by check on a plan that is comfortable for you. This may be agreed upon during your free consultation. If you pay by credit card, our site accepts either the full $1,600.00 in one payment. Or you can choose to make 4 payments of $400.00, at time intervals that are comfortable for you.
