Joel J. Turney attended William Mitchell Law School and was admitted to the bar in September of 1996.  He is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the New York County Bar Association, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.  After working for two law firms, he opened his own practice in 1999.  In November 2002, he relocated to the present address of 30 Vesey Street, after a need for expansion.

The Law Office of Joel J. Turney is located in downtown Manhattan on the northeast corner of the World Trade Center site.  We are within a few blocks of the Jacob Javitz Federal building, located at 26 Federal Plaza, which holds many government agencies including the New York headquarters for the United States Citizen and Immigration Services.
